Insurance: All vehicles are covered with $5 million liability insurance subject to 7500 deductible (for both Collision and Comprehensive deductibles). Optional CDR (Collision Deductible Reducer) insurance coverage with a $500 deductible is available for $25 per day, for motorized units only. A Windshield Deduction Waiver is offered for $5 extra per day, only in combination with CDR.
Prep/Hygiene Fee: The fee of $50 per trip includes the following: initial propane fill, one bottle of toilet chemicals, biodegradable toilet tissue, potable water hose, sewer hose, one pair of rubber gloves, electrical adapter and an appliance igniter.
Housekeeping Packages: Bedding, towels, cooking and eating utensils are available for rent at a cost of $75 per person for the entire rental period. Please specify at time of reservation.
Reservations: A deposit of $500 is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits may be paid by credit card, debit card, cash or certified cheque.
Large events: The use of any rental units for any large outdoor event may be subject to an additional deposit.
Cancellations: (subject to taxes) - $100 = any time after confirmation. - No refund of deposit = less than 30 days prior to departure
Deposit: A damage deposit equal to the amount of the insurance deductible ($500 or $7500) is required at the time of pick-up by authorizing the amount on a major credit card (Visa, MC or Amex).
Cleaning: Vehicles must be returned in clean condition with empty holding tanks and a full gasoline tank. Cleaning charges apply: - Exterior $ 50 per hr, min. 1 hr - Interior $ 50 per hr, min. 1 hr - Dumping Holding Tanks $ 50
Check in & check out: Pick up is between 1 and 4 PM. Returns are due between 9 and 11:30 AM. Please call in the afternoon one business day prior to departure to confirm pick-up time. No pickups are accepted after 4 PM. - The person renting the vehicle must personally pick up, sign for the vehicle and must be the credit card holder for the rental contract. - Penalties of $50 per hour are charged for late returns. No pickups or returns will be allowed on Sundays or Holidays.
Travel Areas: Rental units are not permitted on roads designated on the official Provincial and State maps as 'other roads' and/or 'dirt/gravel'.
Pets: Pets may be allowed in designated vehicles only (on request basis). A minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
Smoking: All units are non-smoking. A $250 fee will be charged if a returned unit smells of smoke.
Driver's Age: Minimum driver's age for principal driver is 25 years old. A valid driver's license has to be presented
Fish: No fish allowed in the refrigerators. A minimum fee of $50 will be charged for refrigerators requiring additional cleaning and deodorizing.
